We are working on our menu, developing some great ideas with our good friends and certified foodies, Rachel and Josh Bennett. Along with some unique soups, salads and sandwiches like “The Wild Goose Sandwich” (with turkey and gooseberry relish), “The Tijuana Goose” (with jack cheese and poblano peppers), we have “The Canadian Goose” (with canadian bacon, granny smith apples, swiss cheese and pecans), we will, of course, have “The Gosling Menu” for kids.

Expect to find a gourmet “Wild Cheese Sandwich” (choose any 3 of our artisanal cheeses), or “The Mild Cheese Sandwich” for the goslings.

Here’s a picture of a prototype for “The Canadian Goose Sandwich.” Pair with a nice Pinot Gris, Pear Cider, or a New Belgium Summersault Ale. It’s still a work in progress…
