We made a wave of breakfast quesadillas this morning. We basically took all the last bits of several of our premium deli meats and chopped them up into a skillet with onions and bell peppers. We added aged cheddar and pepper jack and took it to the grill. I kind of liked the idea of throwing together all the odd deli meat scraps, and it tasted great.
